Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Cothran Carroll State Farm is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Staff Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, as well as being the main contact for customer billing concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service in areas such as billing inquiries, claims assistance, and policy changes.
- Building and nurturing customer relationships through effective communication and service.
- Proactively following up with both new and existing customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our systems.
- Assisting in administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the office.

- Must be available to work the following schedule: M-F 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
