RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- This role is sales focused
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Must already have active Property & Casualty license, and Life/Health license.
- Must have previous experience working in an Insurance Office, State Farm experience preferred.
- Base Salary plus commissions/bonus
