Job Title: Staff Assistant/ Accounting Assistant
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial investments and transactions
- Work with tax accountants to provide necessary records
- Assist with file organization and document management
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and cloud based file management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset
As a Staff Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our company. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the smooth operation of our office. You will also be responsible for mainting accurate records of accounts in excel and assist with accounting work.
