- Promptly and professionally answer all internal title questions and calls.
- Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.
- Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete to ensure collateral perfection.
- Follows up on outstanding titles and follows procedures to perfect lien.
- Files documents and prepares supported documents for retention.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth and efficient daily operations of the division/department.
- Responsible for ensuring all time-based items deadlines are met, managing emails and calls.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
- One (1) to three (3) years of related experience preferred.
- Prior vehicle title processing preferred.
- Maintain good records and file management skills.
- Good PC skills—proficiency in Word and Excel essential, understanding of database software.
- Ability to meet specific deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
