Responsibilities:
Engage in outbound and inbound calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information exchange.
Utilize your pharmacy expertise to answer medication-related questions and provide guidance.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each interaction.
Qualifications:
Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of California (or residing state).
Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in retail, closed-door pharmacy, or medical/pharmacy call center.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Prior remote work experience is highly desirable.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
Pay Rate: $19+ Based on experience
