This Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the Controller while being an integral part of the Accounting team assisting with the general full-cycle accounting operations.

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
As a Staff Accountant with our client, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, preparing accurate and timely reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Utilize your expertise in financial analysis to contribute to the preparation of financial statements.
• Execute month-end and year-end close processes with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide valuable insights during audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the accounting function.
Staff Accountant Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, our client is looking for candidates who possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
