Currently we are hiring talented, earnest and driven professionals to join our team as Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing receipts and documenting transaction details such as income and outgoings
- Working closely with the accounting manager to oversee daily business bookkeeping duties.
- Processing company bills, invoices, payments and checks
- Processing accounts receivable/payable (AP & AR)
- Maintains supplies inventory and order when needed
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Assisting with accounting or admin tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: English/Chinese (Required)
