Staff Accountant

Part-Time Hybrid Position - located in Tampa, FL (Westshore) is seeking a multi-skilled team player.

Responsibilities

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Sales Tax

· Bank Reconciliation statements.

· Other ad-hoc reporting

· W9 tracking/1099’s/Annual Reporting

Skills/Qualifications

· Accounting degree or degree seeking is a plus.

· Candidate must have advanced knowledge of General Ledger/Journal Entries

· Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Staff Accountant.

· Property Management & Construction experience highly desirable

· Hands on and detail oriented with ability to multi-task, process large volumes of varied information and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

· Dependable. Must be a proactive thinker using sound judgment and can work independently but at the same time know when to ask questions to clarify work assignments.
