ITAC Solutions is hiring a Staff Accountant to join the finance team of a manufacturer in Huntsville, AL.
Benefits and Extras: Direct hire position with excellent benefits! Benefits go into effect after 30 days. The hours are 7:30 - 4 pm. The position is open because of a promotion.
Compensation: $25/hr.
What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
Process vendor invoices, manage accounts, and establish payment schedules.
Communicate to resolve discrepancies in compliance with company policies.
Generate customer invoices and statements.
Monitor/follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist in forecasting and managing cash flow.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, reconcile accounts, and prepare journal entries.
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in SAP Software
Demonstrated experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication
