Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and vendor setup processes
- Code and process invoices accurately and timely
- Ensure proper recognition of revenue in accordance with ASC 606
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of AP, Vendor Setup, GL Coding, Invoice Processing, and 606 Revenue Recognition
- Experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
