Job Overview:
The Entry Level Accountant responsibilities include supporting the Controller with month end (close within 5 days,) maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations ensuring efficiency and accuracy of records, intercompany transactions, maintaining three (and growing) company’s financials via QuickBooks. At least one year of accounting experience.
The Entry Level Accountant performs a variety of duties, including, but not limited to:
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger and sub ledger accounts
- Bank account reconciliations
- Preparation and entry of journal entries
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Adherence to accounting procedures and internal controls
- Batching and Auditing AR files
- Assisting customers and TMs via calls
- Check Application and Collections
- Commissions Biweekly with assistance from other team members
- Assist in the accounting department as needed
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent training/background
- At least one year of accounting experience
- Detailed oriented, quality and precision focused
- Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self starter
- Supportive, cooperative and collaborative
- Ability to interact effectively
- Solid time management and well organized
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Primary work area is in an office space
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Typing and working on a computer for a majority of the day

Classification & Compensation:
- Full-Time, Paid Hourly From $20+
- The pay rate is depending on experience, skills, abilities, and length of service with the Company
