Staff Accountant

Job Title - Staff Accountant
Position Overview: The Staff Accountant will work on accounting tasks related to invoices, billing, and reconciliations.
Position Responsibilities:
• Create client invoices and act as the main point of contact for billing issues.
• Enter accounts payable invoices.
• Set up bills for online payment with the bank.
• Process expense reports in Certify expense report software.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other accounts.
• Record journal entries.
• Assist with documenting and improving processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or concentration in accounting.
Experience:
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of GAAP in a business environment.
Skills:
• Solid Excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
