Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, encompassing invoice processing, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Handle payroll responsibilities, including processing payroll weeks and floating on payroll duties.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
• Support audit activities by furnishing necessary documentation and information.

Skills and Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is advantageous; however, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Previous challenges with setup and user errors emphasize the need for seasoned expertise.
• Experience with Paylocity, particularly handling payroll weeks and floating on payroll duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Demonstrates keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Possesses excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Exhibits effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AP operations using Paylocity, with Netsuite ERP experience preferred.
