Perform accounting for two affiliated companies. The first company has approximately forty employees while the second has approximately twelve employees.
Maintain company books. Make entries on the Sage accounting system to record financial transactions. Use the Sage system to produce monthly financial statements.
Pay company bills, track company receipts and balance against bank statements.
Prepare payroll on the Patriot Software system.
Track employee information including payroll information and benefit information.
Coordinate with external public accountants.
Assist in assuring to select company policies around data tracking and data entry.

Pay: $62,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
