We are seeking a Staff Accountant who will be responsible for supporting all accounting and financial related activities. Responsibilities include account reconciliations and general ledger accounting. The candidate will work closely with the Controller to ensure the accurate and timely distribution of financial and management reports. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and works well with other people.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform professional-level accounting duties according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Prepare month-end journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with all accounting functions.
- Perform accrual journal entries including period-end inventory adjustment entries.
- Accounts payable review and entry, expense account review, and posting entries.
- Prepare work papers for the annual audit.
- Perform invoicing and Accounts Receivable duties as assigned.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting
- Ability to analyze and report variance analysis
- Working experience in NetSuite or other similar ERP suite
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practice
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict and demanding deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
