What You'll Do:

As a Staff Accountant, your work will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Financial Reporting: Maintain accuracy in financial statements through regular, meticulous reporting.
2. Accounts Management: Spearhead the management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
3. Payroll Processing: Execute regular payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for our dedicated team.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, backed by at least three years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrates exceptional project management skills, with a deep understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Is proficient in QuickBooks (both Enterprise and Online), Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Exhibits strong multitasking abilities, can think independently, and excels at problem-solving in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally, with the ability to present statistical information logically and prepare regular financial statements.
