Job Description: As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our real estate properties. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will work closely with our financial team to streamline accounting processes and contribute to effective financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting procedures and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial data and assist in budget preparation.
• Provide support in tax preparation and audit processes.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
• Liaise with external partners, including auditors, clients, and vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate property management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
