General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts,
ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts receivable cash Reconcile revenues/gratuities reporting
Bank Reconciliations: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to match the company's
records with bank statements.Fixed Asset Management: Maintain fixed asset records, track capital expenditures, track
to Deprecation schedules.
Local- State Tax Compliance: Sales Tax return preparation, Business License filings ( this
is as a 2nd chair/back up when Controller is on vacation or out sick.)
Month-end and Year-end Close: Participate in the month-end and year-end closing
processes and schedules, per Company procedures .
Reconciliation of Intercompany Transactions: Review and reconcile intercompany
