Compensation Range: $55 - 60 per hour
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Video Editor to be an integral part of our client's Creative Services team and provide expertise and leadership in all post-production processes!
Reporting to the Manager, Video Content, you will collaborate with the Creative Services video team and vendors to deliver engaging, best-in-class video content for marketing campaigns across the company, including corporate, division and market levels to internal and external audiences (colleagues, patients and consumers). This role will also be responsible for leading post-production processes, ensuring clear communication between team members, stakeholders and vendors, and tracking progress, approvals and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Lead post-production processes and ensure success in all phases, including timelines and addressing feedback.
- Monitor existing processes and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Champion creative ideas to executive leadership and creative team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class video content for marketing campaigns.
- Take footage with little to no direction and create clear and concise video content.
- Clearly communicate with a wide variety of personalities and flex approach using various styles to meet the needs of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in video production, film, marketing, or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency, creative studio, production company, in-house marketing team, or similar entities.
- Extensive and demonstrable skills in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Experience in creating and implementing post-production processes.
- Proficiency in digital video asset management software (e.g., Frame I/O, Dropbox, Wipster).
- Experience in ideation, developing, and copywriting for video content is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management applications (e.g., Workfront).
- Creative reel required.
