Heavy Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components. ```Responsibilities:```
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in diesel engines
- Conduct thorough inspections of diesel engines to identify any potential problems or areas of concern
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose engine issues
- Repair or replace faulty components in diesel engines, such as fuel injectors, pistons, and valves
- Perform alignments and adjustments on diesel engines to ensure optimal performance
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications
- Test repaired diesel engines to ensure they are functioning properly before returning them to service

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Diesel Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify engine issues
- Experience with air brake systems, brake repair, shocks struts, farm machinery, and crane operation is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
