What you'll do
As the Sr. Supply Chain Value Chain Analyst, you will be partnering with the Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and eCommerce teams with the responsibility of helping implement projects and systems to enhance business processes. You will be solving business and technical issues by gathering and analyzing requirements, building solutions and recommending controls and procedures focusing on ensuring projects are integrated efficiently into KIND's system landscape. This individual will have a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver) and experience driving Supply Chain system and process improvements. This role is a member of the business analysis team and reports into the Sr. Mgr., Value Chain Technology.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders and build strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders while prioritizing and managing expectations
  • Document clearly defined business requirements along with current and future state business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver organizational and process changes to support future business and technology needs
  • Work with technology team members, consulting vendors, and business team members to drive user acceptance testing
  • Assess business problems from a process and systematic point of view
  • Make recommendations to improve business processes or modify systems to meet changing business needs while maintaining controls and integrity of the system
  • Act as administrator and primary support contact for designated Supply Chain Systems/applications
  • Assist business and IT with troubleshooting system related issues and resolve in a timely fashion
  • Serve as a key resource for ad-hoc business analysis

You have...
  • BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain or related.
  • Min 5 years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent Supply Chain experience
  • Knowledge of Fulfillment, Inventory, Planning, Manufacturing, Demand, Sales, and Finance
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of project management / implementation lifecycle through experience in prior implementations
  • Strong knowledge of change management
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (JDE/SAP) and Planning Applications (Blue Yonder, Logility, Rapid Response/Kinaxis)
  • Knowledgeable of Tableau
  • Prior experience working in CPG / eCommerce preferred

Pluses (if applicable)
  • Planning or other Supply Chain system experience
  • Knowledgeable with spec management applications (Product Vision, Spec Right)
  • Proficient in SQL

The salary range for this role is $72,000 - 130,000 per year.
KIND intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the total rewards that KIND provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. KIND salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
