Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with a robust background in React and Next.JS, and a fervent interest in Generative AI and LLMs. In this pivotal role, you will immerse yourself in our end-to-end AI-driven platform, becoming a cornerstone by mastering and enhancing our system. Your efforts will directly influence the evolution of our product, embedding generative AI technologies at its core to provide disruptive solutions to our users. Collaborating closely with our talented team, you will lead the charge towards innovative, technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle software development efforts, from ideation through deployment, ensuring our solutions exceed industry standards.
• Engage closely with product and design teams to translate user requirements into robust technical implementations.
• Enhance system performance, reliability, and security, leveraging your expertise to drive excellence.
• Drive continuous innovation, integrating new features and optimizing existing functionalities for maximum efficiency.
• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to maintain seamless system operations.

Required Experience:

• Proven expertise in React/Next.JS, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in PostGreSQL and Azure Cloud services.
• Experience with Python for backend development.
• A minimum of 5 years in web development or a related field, with a focus on SaaS platforms.

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with OpenAI/AzureAI APIs and Vector Databases, demonstrating an ability to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into web solutions.
• LangChain/LangSmith/Llama Index
• AutoGen or similar agentic AI framework tools
• N8N or similar workflow builder tools

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.
• While formal education is not a strict requirement, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
