SalaryAderas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the team.
Primary Job Duties:
- Must have extensive experience leading/contributing to design, development, and administration on Salesforce platform projects from end to end including identifying and using OOTB marketplace plugins rather than develop code.
- Works closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management; actively participates and provides inputs in major design decisions working with Architects; works with Business Analysts, SMEs, system owners, customers and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements and deliverables; works with the team to build a design (including data/object process models) that will scale to meet evolving, enterprise, and future state needs with a focus on the project release goals; designs and develops the system to set the standard for future development, craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security; identifies and introduces new opportunities to build platform-based solutions to help the users meet their toughest challenges.
- Must demonstrate experience identifying marketplace plugins and/or designing/developing custom connectors as needed.
- Must demonstrate experience designing, implementing, integrating Salesforce with federal systems (on-premises, cloud), and demonstrates experience delivering Salesforce solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508.
- Masters Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or similar
- Min. 5 years of hands-on full stack experience as team lead supporting architects, leading teams, and developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space.
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce
- Must have a combination of Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Consultant certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Must have Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
