Job Description Summary
Position Responsibilities:
  • Works in collaboration with the Sunbelt Employee Portal team to develop technical solutions on SharePoint and administer same
  • Work with the internal stakeholders to understand requirements and make the appropriate recommendations, maintaining a positive relationship with them.
  • Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements
  • Perform tests according to a given test plan and documents results
  • Work in a cross-functional and agile team with the architects, other developers and project manager to deliver effective solutions to a range of business problems.
  • Proactively keep up to date with the changing technical landscape through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
  • Able to translate architecture designs in a technology specific solution.
  • You have a problem-solving attitude
  • Advanced skills with application development, complex code development, application testing, and component design for products/technologies SharePoint
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in scrum teams with an understanding of the Agile methodology
  • Bachelor's degree related to Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as SharePoint developer and administrator
  • Knowledge and practice of core principles of Agile methodology and development practices including Scrum, Kanban, Lean software development, etc.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Adept at working alongside experience designers in early-stage concept development
  • Track record of successfully translating business-to-technical requirements
  • Passion for identifying and solving real business problems, and proven ability to prioritize high value opportunities to deliver to market
  • Comfortable working within a team and, as needed, autonomously with a strong focus on execution and driving deadlines to completion
  • Comprehensive understanding of the latest standards and best practices SharePoint development and administration
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines; must be proactive and able to multi-task
  • Technologies: Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Search, NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SPFx framework. Familiarity with PowerApps, Flow, Logic Apps, Microsoft/Office Graph, and SharePoint Modern Pages/Web Parts
  • Administration of the M365, SharePoint and Teams admin center preferred
  • Rental, Logistics, Retail or Supply Chain industry experience preferred

Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $93,728.00 - 128,876.00
