HealthEquity is hiring a Sr.Identity Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst to join us in the maturation of our access administration practices. Looking for an IAM Teammate committed to enhancing processes and procedures that support automated access administration, single sign-on (SSO), directory services, technical integrations, and behavioral analytics.
This role will actively contribute to the IAM Program at HealthEquity, including identifying and managing internal and external IAM risks and opportunities for improvement. Help us build a solid understanding of the importance and benefits of IAM to safely maintain and track access within the HealthEquity environment. Be a proactive corporate citizen, accurately following access administration's latest security practices.
What you’ll be doing
- Integrate new applications with current IAM platform for access provisioning and deprovisioning
- Gather requirements and facilitate discussions to implement and automate RBAC processes.
- Support and follow IAM (Identity and Access Management) principals
- Partner with the User Access Certification & Governance team when needed, which may include providing audit evidence
- Reconcile and assess the quality of access administration tasks completed by the team.
- Facilitate collaboration and lead multi-functional teams to drive projects to completion.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for defect fixes, enhancements, and other critical initiatives.
- Provide IAM process guidance and requirements, create IAM solutions, collaborate with business partners and engineers, and create roles for application onboarding.
- Create process documentation to manage access administration processes for centralized applications.
What you will need to be successful
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, NERM, OneTrust, etc.
- Working knowledge of on-prem Active Directory and Entra ID
- Strong Excel skills
- PowerShell scripting
- Ability to influence others and engage in difficult conversations to maintain process and audit requirements.
- Experience in end-user interaction in developing, documenting, and implementing business roles and procedures.
- Identify issues, risks, and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, engage others for support, and align or realign resolution responsibilities as needed.
- Implement process improvements within the team and educate others when processes change.
- Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent years' related experience
