Sensing & Safety Technologies (SST) is a burgeoning business unit within Honeywell that is poised for expansive growth. As a Sr Sales Representative with SST, you'll be part of an elite team shaping the future of advanced sensing and hazard detection technologies across a diverse range of industries. Your work will support pivotal SST endeavors such as enhancing healthcare accessibility, enabling more agile supply chains, and developing electrification solutions. With SST, you're contributing to a legacy of excellence and innovation that keeps critical operations safe and productive, from semiconductor fabs to the factory floor. As a Sr Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Your expertise in sales, customer relationship management, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and overall business success.

 

This role will cover Northern California and Northern Nevada. The ideal candidate must be located in Northern California.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver value-added solutions
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support

 

 

COMPENSATION

Incentive Eligible

Base pay range of 105k-158k

 YOU MUST HAVE
  • Previous sales experience in electronics or sensors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
