We are currently hiring a Senior Revenue Analyst based out of our National Center in Dallas, TX.
This position will work in a hybrid setting (in office 2-3 days a week) in our Dallas office.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for following the prescribed revenue and accounts receivable processes and procedures to ensure compliance with revenue recognition GAAP guidance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring revenue transactions, analytical reports, and related activities are completed accurately and within the required schedule as well as for providing cash handling and accounts receivable guidance through regular interaction with National Center and region staff.
- Manage and provide support to critical National Center partners (i.e. Mission Advancement, Corporate Relations) related to revenue, accounts receivable, cash/ACH and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate and coordinate with BT on revenue reporting to ensure accuracy in recording revenue from the various online fundraising platforms. Manage external relationships on payment platforms (i.e. PayPal, Stripe, Facebook, Amazon Pay, Stripe, Payeezy)
- Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable activities and reports such as AR Scorecards and Pharma Disclosure. Provide quarterly and annual AR reserve analyses.
- Establish and adhere to strong internal control environment. Ensure information is secured related to cash receipts as well as adherence to PCI regulations.
- Prepare assigned monthly/quarterly analyses and reconciliations, adhering to prescribed deadlines. Assist with monthly region Accounting Liaison calls.
- Assist Director with campaign and other reporting required by Development and leadership.
- Provide ad hoc analyses and asset Director and Manager on projects, as required.
- Prepare and review assigned annual Audit work papers in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or Finance or related field of study.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in general accounting operations with exposure to cash handling and accounts receivable.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in use of finance or accounting computer applications (JD Edwards Enterprise One).
- Ability to meet and adhere to strict deadlines and compliance policies.
- Ability to analyze financial data and interpret findings.
- Oral and written communication skills and ability to provide simple interpretation of accounting practices.
- Comprehensive customer service skills and ability to interact with varying levels of authority and knowledge.
