Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Recruiting Manager to join our team. As a Senior Recruiting Manager, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization as well as selling our services to new clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the recruitment efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' staffing needs, objectives, and company culture.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks to clients.
Account Growth:
- Expand existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities.
- Cross-sell and upsell staffing services to meet the client's evolving needs.
- Source new business through social media networking, cold calling, and in person visits
Contract and Agreement Management:
- Negotiate staffing contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and client expectations.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on the performance of placed candidates.
- Address any issues, conflicts, or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Recruiting
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organization.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools
- Experience with Staffing Sales
- Strong understanding of succession planning and talent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate job offers and contracts
- Experience in employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
