Applicant must have 11 years of relevant experience with the following:

• IT project Management experience
• Project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields with IT experience
• Experience developing project plans, managing to the plan to track progress and risks
• Strong knowledge of policies, standards, procedures, and techniques used for application development
• Experience managing projects to meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments based on financial analysis
• Solid communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of application development software and testing practices
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
• Experience in Healthcare industries preferred
