This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S.

The Sr. Project Manager leads the project management delivery of large and complex internal initiatives that drive improvements across the Services organization.

  • How you'll make an impact:

  • Engagement Delivery
  • Deliver multiple large and complex projects from inception to completion
  • Implement project management controls on assigned projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards
  • Actively monitor and escalate resource constraints
  • Coordinate and facilitate planning and project status meetings
  • Ensure detailed and seamless project communication plans
  • Master internal business management practices to support and improve the development of repeatable and scalable processes
  • Ensure consistent application of methodologies, standards, templates, and other approved delivery requirements
  • Proactively monitor and report on project budget, timelines, deliverables and project performance metrics and status reports to internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsor
  • Engagement Management
  • Build and develop influence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate project retrospectives with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Talent Development
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and project management techniques
  • Serve as a mentor to other Project Managers enabling them to take on more complex work
  • Build and maintain professional development including any existing certifications
  • Attend development opportunities as assigned
  • Strategy, Brand Leadership, and Operations
  • Provide recommendations for improvement of project management processes
  • Identify and implement processes for efficiencies across Services
  • Document and share best practices and lessons learned from observations and problem-solving efforts
  • What we're looking for:

  • Related degree and/or certifications with approximately 7+ years of related work experience managing projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, and other project management tools
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or scrum master certification preferred
  • Excellent project management expertise (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.), specifically demonstrated success managing complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups and disparate initiatives on a long term-basis required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
  • Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Results oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience with change management and process improvement principles
  • Must consistently demonstrate or showcase strong "presence" and the ability to influence various stakeholders to drive initiatives, best practices, and process improvements
