Senior Project Manager

Rate: $58-$65/hour on a W2, Remote

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years’ experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders in the US, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to work with our tech giant client.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for workflow/process improvement and optimization.
• Lead and manage end-to-end M&A projects, ensuring successful integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, risk assessments, and impact analyses to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Own and drive key meetings.
• Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines.
• Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion.
• Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in leading large global projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of global business dynamics.
• Experience working with cross-functional organizations driving complex programs/projects.
• Highly detail-oriented with proven ability to document workflows and processes.
• Ability to quickly assess situations, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Robust organization skills and demonstrated success as a self-starter.
• Solutions-oriented, positive, patient, and persistent in the face of organizational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Project and Program Management roles, ideally within the high tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale global projects as well as M&A projects.
• Background and experience in HR, compensation, and organizational design with a focus on driving organizational effectiveness is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

• Work Arrangement: Remote
• $58-$65/hour, Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2
