The Senior Program Manager contributes to AHF's mission by delivering exceptional program oversight for the Wellness and Mobile Testing Programs in the Seattle region.
This leadership role provides direct support and program development including quality assurance, client satisfaction and the delivery of HIV prevention and comprehensive sexual health services. The incumbent also oversees the delivery of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services in multiple settings. The Senior Program Manager leads a multidisciplinary team and routinely coordinates with other AHF business lines and community partners to maximize the delivery of testing and prevention services in the community.
The Senior Program Manager will utilize their knowledge of the community to ensure that testing and prevention services are offered in a manner that reaches the greatest number of individuals as possible, while executing AHF's core values.
The Senior Program Manager contributes to the Public Health Division by fostering a team-oriented work environment and promoting a patient centered approach. Additionally, the position works both independently and as part of a team to successfully manage simultaneous projects that allow AHF to meet our mission.
