Note: This position is a remote working position for the following USA states ONLY: TX, TN, WA, OR, NC, CA, and HI.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual with a natural gift for building lasting relationships and a passion for data analysis to join our team. The Sr. Program Manager of Health Plan Data Partnerships, Enhanced Services will be part of a broader Customer and Revenue team, responsible for leading the cross-company efforts to help Cozeva improve our Health Plan Data Exchange program, which acts as a funnel into customer creation of Enhanced Services. Our Health Plan Data Partnerships are critical in customer retention and revenue generation This individual will develop, lead, and manage relationships with key Health Plan partners to drive business and increase revenue. What you’ll do as a master in relationships and problem-solving:

  • Focus on evolving our understanding of the needs and pain points that we are looking to solve, defining and measuring successful improvements in Cozeva’s Health Plan Data Exchange program, and empower not only our high-touch and scaled CSM teams, but also our cross-functional Sales, Renewals, and Product Support, with the data and tactics to drive improvement in our product offerings. 

  • Build relationships with Health Plan partners, technical staff, and other stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and help develop interventions that support their success.

  • Own and continue to refine the framework for how we measure success across all of Cozeva’s products and services (especially as we launch new Enhanced Services).

  • Lead and project manage key initiatives and strategic projects across revenue operations (CSMs, Sales, Renewals, and Product Support) that improve Cozeva usage and adoption.

  • A successful candidate will empower the organization with the metrics, initiatives, and recommendations to improve our overall value to our customers and drive long-term retention.

What your inner data geek will get to do:

  • Root Cause & Data Analysis - Dealing with real-time situations by deep diving into data to find the root cause of issues.

  • Automation of reports highlighting customer-specific outcomes, risks, and dependencies.

  • Devise tests and analyze results to optimize future events to meet customer success goals

  • Lead functional and technical requirement gathering and translating technical and user requirements into solutions and procedures based on proven design patterns and standardized architecture

  • Lead user acceptance and testing strategy, maintenance, and monitoring and reviewing and analyzing performance indicators to identify code problems for our Health Plan Data Exchange Program

  • Perform data analysis and data mapping, to develop customized solutions for client problems, and improve business outcomes

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically relevant in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analysis role

  • Proven experience in partnership development and relationship management

  • Deep understanding of the importance of change management

  • Demonstrable history of managing complex projects with grace, and have an aptitude for using data to drive decisions

  • Emotional Intelligence: natural ability to read and respond to a situation in the best interests of Cozeva and our clients

  • Excellent problem-solving skills: acting creatively in response to challenges both in and out of your control

  • Drive: proactive attitude that stays a step ahead of client and company needs

  • Solid judgment: keen sense for decision-making and prioritization

  • Working Knowledge of SQL, Python, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare IT standards and protocols

  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following Google Data Studio/Tableau/Power BI.

  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and project management tools 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Minimum requirement:  BA/BS in a relevant discipline.  MPH, MHA, MHSA, MBA, or related graduate degree preferred.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and potential stock equity package commensurate with experience, flexible work hours, a collaborative work environment, and a benefits package that includes vacation, medical and dental insurance, long-term disability, and life insurance, and a voluntary 401(k) retirement savings plan.  This position will report directly to the CRO/CCO and primarily be remote, with ad hoc office days to collaborate in person at our Fremont office.
