ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sr. Product Manager, you'll embody the voice of our users, advocating for their needs while championing our products to users, executives, and partners alike. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate and oversee the product vision and roadmap for our mobile platform, ensuring alignment with overarching goals and keeping stakeholders informed about progress. Your role involves a strategic blend of qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem-solving, focusing on revenue targets, KPIs, and user engagement. You'll lead the charge in introducing innovative technologies and experiences while overseeing the product lifecycle from conception to implementation.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the voice of our fans and the product evangelist to users, executives, and partners
• Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for the mobile product, keeping your colleagues up to date on your top level goals, timelines, and progress
• Understand business problems, revenue targets, and KPIs to apply both a qualitative and quantitative approach to prioritization
• Employ experimentation to test bold product hypotheses designed to improve our ability to engage users
• Regularly explore and derive insights from the competitive landscape and evolving customer needs
• Identify and introduce innovative tech and product experiences to differentiate and delight
• Define minimum viable product and subsequent phasing, producing detailed written specifications along with acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering managers for sprint planning and manage expectations with other stakeholders (internal and external)
• Deeply understand the technology behind our streaming platform, and become voiced in the technology and approaches used in the market
• Mentor and guide up-and-coming teammates

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering, related disciplines or equivalent practical experience
• Experience wireframing conceptual products
• Experience writing product specifications for development teams
• Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs
• Technical background with a detailed understanding of mobile platforms
• Solid understanding of digital analytics, data analysis and the research process
• Strong understanding of product experimentation methods and experience with execution
• Strong affinity for sports and entertainment, and familiarity with competing products
• Analytical by nature, but keen on developing empathetic, human-centered experiences and have strong product instincts
• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead
• Ability to communicate well, in both small and large groups
• Comfortable with giving and receiving candid feedback

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

• Digital streaming product ownership experience
• Experiences in live entertainment event technology and delivery
• Proficiency in SQL and experience building or directing automation of dashboards to oversee product health and identify issues a plus

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $121,500.00-157,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
