Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our product organization. As a hardware PM, you will play a critical role to lead industrial design, power, electrical and mechanical related initiatives to enable rapid deployments and safe operation of LVT units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap and Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Work closely with engineering teams to balance competing priorities and trade-offs.
- Execution: Lead cross-functional product development teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a voice of customers and product evangelist to effectively communicate product plans, updates, and value propositions to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Data Driven Continuous Delivery: Define and track key product metrics and success criteria. Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making. Continuously optimize products through iterative releases and feature enhancements.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer insights, data and feedback to drive product enhancements and inform decision-making.
- Product Strategy: Help shape product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals. Continuously refine and adapt the product roadmap to respond to market trends and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully bringing hardware products to market.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and electrical-mechanical designs
- Demonstrated experience in driving product development processes using agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience with manufacturing and/ or supply chain is preferred.
