ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders, to contribute to the development of a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog
- Support in defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements and work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Utilize data-driven insights to contribute to informed decisions and optimize the customer experience
- Stay updated on market trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities and innovative ideas
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to product specifications, user stories, and release notes
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in a product management role or a related position
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and contribute to decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Passion for outdoor sports and activities is a plus
