Notability is an industry-leading note taking application with expressive drawing capabilities that make full use of the power of the Apple Pencil and iPad Pro.
With outstanding success in our B2C product vertical, Notability is investing in a B2B specific Product tier to better serve our small business and corporate clients. This role will be working closely with our Chief Business Officer to create our B2B product. The perfect candidate for this role will have experience in a small startup culture, has built a B2B product from 0-1 in the past, and has flexibility to gather and adapt to changing requirements as we learn more about our B2B customer needs.
This role is expected to be on-site 2-3 times per week in our San Francisco office.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Centric: Be the advocate for our business customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard, captured, and prioritized. Be deeply empathetic
- Strategic Planning: Work with our CPO and CBO to create roadmaps for our B2B product and align with Product to create cohesive strategies across customer personas and business lanes
- Market Analysis & Research: Conduct user interviews with existing and prospective customers to learn about our business customers needs and pain points. Gather market insights and competitor analysis to develop product-market fit and target key audiences. Identify and investigate potential partnerships in other B2B solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate product delivery with Marketing, Biz Ops, and Customer Relations teams to ensure successful product adoption and success. Learn product market positioning and work to create experiences to attract new customers.
- Execution: Work closely with our Design and Engineering teams to create agile and iterative product development, meet timelines and launch window goals, and
- Analytics driven: Conduct experiments for new user activation and pricing models. Measure results after product delivery to determine solution success. Develop KPIs for the B2B customer persona to understand engagement and retention.
- Product Innovation: Identify areas of opportunity for new integrations into our product and tech stack for adoption and growth. Stay up to date on product trends and emerging technologies that could solve B2B customer needs and bring to the business.
What You Need:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager or owner, with 2-3 years experience in B2B specifically
- Experience with B2B sales of SaaS and technology solutions
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience with prioritization frameworks, roadmapping, and requirements creation
- Strong analytical skills
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce implementation or equivalent CRM software
- Love of user research, prototype testing, and design iteration
- Interest or experience in developing AI driven product solutions
- Data security and compliance frameworks (such as SOC2 or ISO127001)

Where We Work
We work in downtown SF near Market Street, just a short walk from two BART/Muni stations. Our open-plan office has height-adjustable desks to help us stay limber, a trio of rooms for small group meetings or individual work, and a shuffleboard table to help us stay coordinated (or to enjoy during happy hour :).
For this position we are targeting a base pay between $165,000.00-$207,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
