Basic Qualifications

+ 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

+ 1-year product management, product design, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience

+ 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Business or related field, or health care related field

+ 1-3 years of product specific experience including Power Orders, PowerPlans, Medication Reconciliation, ePrescribe, Medication Process, PharmNet and/or Physician workflows.

+ Experience in the acute or ambulatory care venues.

+ Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Responsibilities

Oracle Health is continuing to grow, hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Clinical Orders and ePrescribe product team! As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of innovative, market-ready products. Some of your responsibilities will include managing strategy execution for the product; balancing scrum team resources across features, defects, risk prevention and retirement of technical debt; and prioritizing the product roadmap and deciding when to release the new functionality. You will also translate market requirements into product or component features; execute product proof-of-concept and experimentation processes; and own the product backlog, working through the product owner or directly with the scrum team to prioritize and clarify product requirements. Finally, you will coordinate effective product partner validation processes; collaborate with stakeholders within the immediate organization to ensure the successful release of new or improved product functionalities; and monitor and manage the product's in-market performance throughout its lifecycle. Hiring Range: from $70,400 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
