Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage stock prep operations to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Utilize OSI PI to monitor and analyze process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot process issues and develop effective solutions.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams to document and communicate process design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Process Engineering objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Process Engineers.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Process Engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in process improvement, process control, and stock prep.
• Proficiency in OSI PI and other relevant Process Engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.
• Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
