Sr Payroll Analyst- Atlanta, GA

A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Sr Payroll Analyst for a permanent opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, permanent role that we anticipate growing with the team and providing great exposure, visibility, and reward. **AMAZING BENEFITS! Hybrid role- 3 days in/2 remote

The ideal candidate will have:

• End-to end payroll experience (In-house and 3rd party experience preferred) for 900+ multi-state employees
• Intermediate Excel- pivot tables, VLOOKUP
• 8-15+ years of experience
• Experience with transformation/change management (i.e. leading an implementation, project manager on a project, etc.)
• Must have Executive presence and communication skills
• Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, UKG, Ceridian...)

What you will be doing:

• Plan, steer, organize and coordinate transformation process-related activities and workstreams
• Strong project management skills; must be able to manage multiple complex projects at the same time
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues across the organization (HR, technology etc.), desire to be flexible and think strategically
• Deep understanding of full cycle payroll operations– input prior to payroll acceptance and output post-payroll acceptance – while maintaining separation of duties for compliance and audit controls
• Be well versed in policies and practices related to multi-state payroll reporting and taxation:
• Manage day to day escalations and act as business partner to resolve issues requiring additional assistance for resolution
• Openness to new and innovative ideas and adaptability to transformation
• High integrity, a positive can-do attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
• Working independently—You are self-motivated and take initiative
