About the role

The Senior Premier Agent Success Manager, responsible for New Hire Training & Onboarding, plays a crucial role in delivering robust Premier Agent sales onboarding and skill development programs. As an expert communicator and coach, you will craft the success of our new hire sales representatives by providing them with the vital training and support to excel in their roles. This role is crucial in building a highly skilled and successful sales team, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching, training, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the training and onboarding experience for new hire sales representatives including 90D coaching & development.

  • Skill Training: Deliver PA specific content, Tech training, including the Zillow Way of Selling sales approach focused on standardized and upleveled consultative selling skills, delivered both virtually and in-person to improve new hire proficiency development.

  • Performance Development: Assess skill gaps through call listening and in the moment role play, provide coaching and support to sales representatives to improve sales techniques and overall performance.

  • Collaboration with sales managers to ensure consistency in skill development and coaching, encouraging an environment that enables the success of the sales representatives.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations or sales, and 2-4 years of experience in sales training

  • Proficient in sales process and methodologies, with an understanding of how salespeople communicate, intake information, and operate.

  • Consistently performs roles at a high level, setting a strong example and demonstrating a dedication to excellence.

  • Consistent track record of delivering tangible results in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adept handling of multiple priorities and exhibiting strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to comfortably present to audiences of 20-30 participants.

  • Collaborative work-style that empowers leaders and sales reps to achieve desired outcomes

  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through on commitments, and the ability to anticipate and proactively address challenges.

  • Passion for adult learning and demonstrated adaptability in training approaches based on individual team member needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

  • Proven track record to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment, effectively handling multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
