Sr Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager will lead all functions of production operations for PaaS programs.

• Supervises and oversees all aspects of grant generation, administration, and management.
• Drives results for production, customer experience, and quality assurance.
• Provides supervision, leadership, and management of personnel including Team Leaders.
• Coordinates with third party vendors to manage production of external staffing partners.
• Works closely with Senior Managing Director of Ops/Sales (PaaS) and other pertinent departments in implementation of grant programs.
• Interview and hire.
• Performance Management.
• Supervising, coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Aware of internal and external clients’ needs.

• Management experience (5+ years).
• Proven record of success leading teams in high volume production environment.
• Financial services experience preferred.

• $67,000 - $104,400/Annually, depending on location and experience.
