Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and review loan documents.
- Review funding packages, calculate fees, and arrange for the disbursement of loan funds.
- Review approved loan files for closing.
- Prepare loan data for entry into the computer system.
- Handles the closing of all Government loans (FHA/VA/USDA).
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Encompass
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, organize and prioritize as needed.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years' related experience in the residential mortgage field, closing loans.
