Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- Renovation, construction and manufactured home experience a plus
- Well-developed understanding of closing procedures
- Minimum of 3 years Mortgage Loan closing experience
- Experience with Encompass360 is preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to learn and begin a long term career with the right company
Position Responsibilities
- Management and oversight of your pipeline
- Review loan files to ensure adherence to corporate policies and state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with third parties
- Meeting service levels in a timely fashion
- Generate final Closing Disclosures (CD's) and prepare loan documents for final signature
- Confirm document accuracy with Settlement Agents and Brokers
- Review and clear funding conditions to prepare file for funding
