• Prepare closing package for Fix and Flip, Non-QM, Multifamily and construction loans

Requirements of the Mortgage closer

• Must have a 3 years minimum of Hard Money , Commercial Real Estate, Non-QM closing experience
• Working in office daily is required
• High level of proficiency with mortgage loan processing and underwriting systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills
