- Promotes a customer first culture and commitment to delivering outstanding results for all customers while focusing on See’s principles.
- Provide guidance and leadership through direct supervision of Sales managers and indirect supervision of supervisors and sales representatives. Hold team meetings to communicate goals, drive business, and foster a culture of accountability. Responsible for recruiting, training, and overall team performance.
- Develops long and short-term strategies to achieve goals within the See’s Corporate Gifting & Fundraising sales channels. Establishes sales goals, call metrics, and sales activity targets.
- Analyzes and evaluates lead generation, sales trends, and sales results.
- Prepares and delivers sales reports and presentations as required.
- Acts as liaison with Fulfillment, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Volume Savings Shops to ensure best-in-class customer experience while increasing sales.
- Partner Sales Operations and Marketing to ensure all needs are met regarding sales collateral.
- Directs attendance at trade shows and outside association meetings to promote sales and community goodwill.
- Responsible for sourcing and recommending new technology for the Sales team to use to increase sales and drive sales pipeline conversion.
- Works closely with the Sales Operations teams to ensure all customer orders are timely and meet customer expectations.
- Works with a cross functional team to develop and improve the customer experience for Yum Raising, Gift Services, and Logo programs.
- Responsible for managing labor hours and costs to stay within established budget.
- Identify and mentor associates to assume leadership roles. Motivate team members through regular feedback and training resulting in improved performance and increased sales.
- Develop sales contest to incentivize, drive sales and create competition with sales team.
- Establishes principles for change and maintains change momentum through employee communication, engagement, and development. Also learns from, measures and sustains change results. (Manager and above)
- Performs special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

- Degree in Business Administration; equivalent related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Ten years of experience in retail management in a multi-unit operation and/or management of a sales force responsible for outside sales (B2B and/or fund raising) covering a wide geographic area.
- Proven excellent management and communication skills including supervision, training and leadership in motivating employees of all levels; willingness to travel at least 50% of time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Administrative level experience of Sales Force or other CRM required.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
