TITLE: SR. Manager, Anaplan Implementation
LOCATION: 100% remote
PAY: Target pay for this role is between $175-220k DOE
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
As the Sr. Manager of Anaplan software implementation in the IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic forecasting, planning, and management of the newly selected Anaplan software. Your role will involve leading a small team of professionals, collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders, and ensuring the effective utilization of the Anaplan software to support the IT and business functions. Your expertise in Anaplan (or 09 or Oracle Demand Forecasting) configuration, integration, security, and maintenance will be instrumental in streamlining our Demand Forecasting & planning operations and maximizing the potential of our new software.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• 10+ years of experience in a Sr Manager/Director role supporting/leading Demand Forecasting and Planning implementations. Deep IT and business knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Demand Forecasting & planning software, preferably Anaplan, 09, or Oracle Demand Forecasting. In-depth knowledge of Demand Forecasting software functionality, business processes, and reporting capabilities from the IT side of the business.
• Retail Experience.
