Job Type: Hybrid (must work in office 2 days per week when not traveling)
Travel: 50% (U.S. based travel to store locations)
Compensation: $105-115k + Bonus Eligible

We are looking for a Sr Manager, Digital Marketing to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies that impact the overall customer experience online and in store. They will be responsible for creating and driving Digital Marketing campaigns that drive organic growth across all channels, but most importantly to physical retail stores. The successful candidate will have a strong background in knowing and utilizing Digital Marketing strategies to drive customers into stores.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute significantly to the company's retail strategy by planning and executing Digital Marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing the transition from online to in-store experiences.
- Execute targeted digital initiatives to improve the online customer journey and expand the retail presence effectively.
- Develop and implement a focused paid marketing strategy encompassing search, social media, display, and affiliate channels to attract new customers.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the company website, including communication plans, merchandising, and oversight of the development team, ensuring key objectives are achieved.
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive email marketing strategies, including reporting, to support business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with acquisition and retention objectives.
- Analyze and report on email marketing campaign performance, utilizing insights to enhance future strategies and achieve tangible results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely production of high-quality assets across digital platforms.
- Implement cross-channel marketing strategies to improve customer retention through loyalty and referral programs.
- Efficiently manage Digital Marketing budgets, focusing on ROI and resource optimization.
- Implement a Mobile-First approach, conducting A/B testing, heat mapping, and gathering customer feedback to enhance conversion rates.
- Coordinate the e-commerce sales calendar for timely and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Utilize analytics to continuously enhance website and Digital Marketing performance, with the goal of maximizing campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors in e-commerce, SEO, and Digital Marketing to drive innovation and foster growth.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing leadership, with a proven track record in e-commerce and team management.
- Expertise in SEO, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and familiarity with key Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High degree of proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft OS, and other relevant marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with Clavio, Tulip, or similar tools
