About Evermore
Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World® featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®. The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings. Evermore is building a team that will bring these experiences to life in 2023 and is seeking individuals that want the challenge of building this exciting resort experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders to produce a comprehensive digital marketing strategy of all owned channels including evermoreresort.com, all Evermore social platforms, CRM, brand app, and lead generation.
  • Develop an audience-first digital customer journey with relevant and curated content.
  • Create editorial plans and content calendars to support business objectives.
  • Constantly incorporate learnings from analytics into the development of new content.
  • Monitor trends, competitor news, industry developments, and identify opportunities for content and thought leadership.
  • Web/App:

    • Ownership of all content, accuracy, and updates of brand website and app.
    • Ensure online content supports search engine optimization (SEO) goals, our brand standards, web style guidelines, and legal and compliance requirements.
    • Align with partners including software engineers, business stakeholders, UX designers and more to ensure end results meet strategic objectives.

  • CRM:

    • Manage all aspects of email, SMS, and push campaign production with accuracy, including content creation and copywriting, segmentation and targeting, and campaign reporting.

  • Social:

    • Develop comprehensive and differentiating social media marketing strategies to cultivate and build our social media communities on all platforms including Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn collaborating with our agency for execution.
    • Collaborate with agency to ensure paid and organic content is integrated and working together to achieve objectives and improve performance.

Requirements:
  • Digital Channel platform experience - Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Streaming, Snapchat, LinkedIn, SEO, and others.
  • Experience with email service providers and/or cross-channel campaign management platforms.
  • Experience with CMS systems.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to analyze channel performance.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate the rationale behind the methodology that goes into performance media strategy.
  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships with a diverse group of employees and departments.

Education, Skills, and Experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in customer facing digital marketing roles required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Google Business, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for marketing.
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality and resort industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 15 pounds.
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
  • Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time.
  • Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
  • Visually look at a computer for extended periods.
  • Repetitive hand motions, such as typing.
