Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79900 - $107800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Act as lead content management point for all Betly platforms; end to end responsibilities include asset development, implementation, rotation, testing, and refreshing.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy and routine testing plans that aligns with achieving our business KPIs.
- Direct the Digital Content team and corporate creative resources on creating high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels including our mobile apps, desktop websites, blog, and social media platforms.
- Partner with the CRM Manager on optimizing email layouts, landing page copy, and promotional advertising assets for increased customer engagement.
- Author, proofread, and optimize all landing page copy and other Digital Content to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the Sr Acquisition Manager on excuting SEO strategies, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
- Work closely with the Sr Marketing Operations Manger to enhance efficacy of property-level digital advertising.
- Own Betly landing pages on Delaware North gaming partner websites; ensure fresh, relevant, and engaging content is displayed to bolster conversion efforts.
- Guide the Content Coordinator on organic social media strategy, support calendar planning and execution.
- Stay current with industry trends on emerging technologies, best practices, Digital Content, and advertising to continuously improve Betly’s digital presence.
- Regularly monitor Google Analytics, social media reporting tools, and other analytical tools to identify and action on trends, anomalies, and customer behaviors.
Qualifications
- Must be of legal gambling age.
- Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license in operating jurisdictions.
- Minimum of 3 years JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience is required.
- Minimum of 3 years in Digital Content strategy and development is required.
- Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
- Entrepreneurial skills: can independently and proactively identify and act on complex business challenges and opportunities to improve revenues.
- Ability to read, interpret, analyze and present complex data.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders; project managing across varied deadlines and priorities.
- Highly organized and able to adapt evolving priorities.
- Knowledgeable of various casino games and rules.
